DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day. We cannot, however, guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you select Airmail as your shipping method for international orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. There will be no tracking information available for orders shipped via basic Airmail. If you require a tracking number for your order, please select one of the FedEx shipping methods.
BudTrap does not guarantee delivery to, or process orders from, some countries. If you have any questions, please contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
International orders generally ship within 2 business days, if all items are in stock. We cannot however, guarantee your order will ship the same day.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
Customs Value: BudTrap is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-Australian shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Warranty
LIFETIME WARRANTY
At BudTrap we always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a limited warranty for the lifetime of BudTrap products. We warrant our retail hardware products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. BudTrap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.
This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-BudTrap product used in connection with this product. This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the Product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-BudTrap product, even if packaged with or sold with the Product.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
You can email Support at any time from our Contact page. If at that point you require a replacement, our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement.
BudTrap will, at its discretion, ship a replacement to you postage paid. BudTrap reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability.) Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above.
REFUNDS
If you purchased a product directly from the BudTrap website, we offer a 45-day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.You can email Support at any time from our Contact page to request a refund.
